Simply shower, exfoliate and shave, towel dry and use provided hand mitt to apply. Apply in circular, upward motion. Gently apply to the dryer areas of your body (elbows, knees, ankles and tops of hands). For best results, do not apply clothing until mousse is dry and do not shower for 6-8 hours after. We suggest using a mild soap and do not scrub your tan unless you are ready to exfoliate for a fresh start! See picture of personal results after just one application.
