Again, this is a shift in mindset! Initially this may be a forced “to do,” but over time this becomes a habit in finding & seeing the good and pumping yourself up!
3. Set realistic goals: Identify attainable goals that align with your values and interests. Working towards and achieving these goals can boost your confidence and provide a sense of accomplishment. Accomplishments motivate so even starting small and building your way up is a great baby step!
4. Step out of your comfort zone: Challenge yourself by taking on new experiences and facing your fears. This helps you overcome self-doubt and build confidence in your abilities. Even in fashion! Try different styles even if it’s out of your comfort zone - you’ll be surprised at what you may love!
